The first step in acquiring data was to measure the strength of the magnetic field of each of the 150 magnets. Four measurements were made, two on the +z axis, and two on the -z axis. The data is available here:

The next step was to the average of the absolute values of each of the four measurements for all of the magnets. These results are available here:

Next, the ten magnets that deviated most from the average were thrown out of the cascade and the average (without them) was recalculated. This data is available here:

The final step in the pre-assembly phase of the ring-tuned pmq was to pair the magnets with one another so that the magnet that deviates the most to the high end is paired with the magnet that deviates most to the low end. This process was repeated until all 140 magnets were paired up. This data is available here:
