3. "Exotic source physics: photon-assisted filed emission, spin polarization, cathode-less (plasma) sources, etc." Co-Chairs: Charles Brau & Warren Mori
4. "Experimental and technological issues: emittance and pulse length measurement, characterization of beam halos, accelerator and cathode development, etc." Co-Chairs: Dinh Nguyen & Vitaly Yakimenko
