• Submissions may be made be anonymous ftp to ftpbpl.physics.ucla.edu/ICFA99/incoming. Consult emails from submission coordinators (J. Rosenzweig, L. Serafini) for more information.

• The Publication will be edited by J. Rosenzweig and L. Serafini
• Papers will be due by 2/1/00
• Submissions should be made by hard copy, postscript and pdf files
• 20 page limit
