All reservations are made on a first come first serve basis. We are not requesting a deposit but all reservations are binding unless canceled by July 10, 2000. All reservations must be received by July 1 in order to guarantee the availability of a room at the Hotel Toscana. Reservations received after July 1 will be placed with the hotel Hotel Dayana (within walking distance of the workshop) if no more space is available at the Hotel Toscana. After July 10, reservations not accompanied by the registration fee will be cancelled.
